Spray Foam Insulation
Where NOT to use it -
Closed cell spray foam is a great product for sealing out every little air
leak. But, it will hinder your ability to inspect the structure if it is
installed in the rim (band) joist area of the crawl space. This issue will come
into play when selling a home or getting a termite inspection.

seal the DrySpace™
to the foundation.

premium 50 year
polyurethane caulk is
preferred by professional to give
the best adhesion when the
Foundation Seal Tape™
won't stick due to a wet foundation.
This caulk is
also used to fill gaps on inside
corners, cracks and opening in the
foundation as well as sealing the
sill plate.

Instant Grab Insulation Adhesive
Industrial Strength
When installing
rigid foam insulation on the foundation
walls this adhesive gives an "Instant Grab". No need for mechanical
fasteners or other techniques to get the insulation to stick to the wall
while the glue dries.
NOTE** This product is INDUSTRIAL strength, giving
the best bond in the harsh crawl space environment.

Concrete Caulk
Sealing Foundation Vents
When you
close the foundation vents we recommend using a new 8" x 16"
concrete block. Use this product to seal the new block to the
foundation so that water and bugs cannot get in the crawl space.
This caulk is great for sealing any cracks in the foundation as
well.
You May Also Need-
Backer Rod
Backer
Rod acts as a "backer" to
minimize the amount of caulk
used to seal an opening. Use
this product as a backer between
the foundation and the new block
when
sealing foundation vents.
